Brought wife's iPad in for tech assist (intermittent charging issue). Ms. Christy was very pleasant and Mr. Jason checked out the device and provided provided invaluable information and some additional tips/tricks. White glove customer service and technical support. I went to Best Buy and it was gonna require me to order the battery and be a two week process. Got referred to Compu dock, Jason ordered the battery Thursday afternoon. It came in Friday morning.
