Very friendly, took my computer to them and got it back the same day

After wasting $200 dollars at BestBuy only for them to tell me it was "this or that" without actually zeroing in on the primary issue of my PC, I decided to go local and was happy that I did. I'm somewhat familiar with PC's and can usually fix them myself, but this particular issue of mine had me spinning in circles.Jason was not only extremely coherent and detailed in explaining what he did, he also went above and beyond just to make sure all my other similar related issues were fixed on top of that. (Also Jason if you read this, the boot time is actually what it was before, so you also fixed this as well!)Basically to make a long story short, if you want something fixed and done the right way the FIRST TIME, bring in your PC to CompuDoc. These guys know what they're doing and they value the customer's time and money.

Dropped in at CompuDoc with problems with my business laptop. Was greeted by Jason Fox who was able to take a look at my laptop and fix right then. He also made some very helpful recommendations for my device, which were appreciated. The fact that my problem was fixed without having to leave it was awesome. Great friendly service and will definitely be going back. I recommend Jason and CompuDoc!!

My husband and I came in for a gaming pc not really knowing anything about how to put it together and got help by a really helpful guy. He knew what he was talking about and kept it real with us.
