My Dell Inspiron had begun to demonstrate the typical problems associated with running out of disc space. I called Jason, and he told me to go ahead and bring it in. He was able to get the hard drive replaced, added memory and replaced the CPU fan on the same day for a very reasonable and competitive price. Amazing! I know where I will be going for any future computer repairs.

Absolutely would recommend to use CompuDoc! I decided to use them because they had great reviews online and I had an all in one computer giving me issues. Jason was so wonderful! He was patient with me. Answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was dumb and helped educate me on what my issues were! I will 100% use them again for my next computer need!

After wasting $200 dollars at BestBuy only for them to tell me it was "this or that" without actually zeroing in on the primary issue of my PC, I decided to go local and was happy that I did. I'm somewhat familiar with PC's and can usually fix them myself, but this particular issue of mine had me spinning in circles. Jason was not only extremely coherent and detailed in explaining what he did, he also went above and beyond just to make sure all my other similar related issues were fixed on top of that. (Also Jason if you read this, the boot time is actually what it was before, so you also fixed this as well!) Basically to make a long story short, if you want something fixed and done the right way the FIRST TIME, bring in your PC to CompuDoc. These guys know what they're doing and they value the customer's time and money.

Jason was amazing. He found and fixed the corrupted files and now my computer is back to beast-mode. A huge relief because we thought it may have been a hardware failure at first. Very affordable and everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. I absolutely recommend Compudoc for any of your computer needs.
