Jason was amazing. He found and fixed the corrupted files and now my computer is back to beast-mode. A huge relief because we thought it may have been a hardware failure at first. Jason was awesome, able to fix my PC that had been plaguing me with issues that multiple other PC repair shops were unable to fix but were happy to charge me for taking weeks trying. Jason had my computer actually fixed once and for all within 24hrs and for a better price than I had paid for zero results from other shops. Great communication, expertise, and customer service. Brought wife's iPad in for tech assist (intermittent charging issue). Ms. Christy was very pleasant and Mr. Jason checked out the device and provided provided invaluable information and some additional tips/tricks. White glove customer service and technical support. After wasting $200 dollars at BestBuy only for them to tell me it was "this or that" without actually zeroing in on the primary issue of my PC, I decided to go local and was happy that I did. I'm somewhat familiar with PC's and can usually fix them myself, but this particular issue of mine had me spinning in circles. Jason was not only extremely coherent and detailed in explaining what he did, he also went above and beyond just to make sure all my other similar related issues were fixed on top of that. (Also Jason if you read this, the boot time is actually what it was before, so you also fixed this as well!) Basically to make a long story short, if you want something fixed and done the right way the FIRST TIME, bring in your PC to CompuDoc. These guys know what they're doing and they value the customer's time and money.

brought in my pc and they were unable to fix it due to faulty parts on my end, however the owner waved my invoice since they weren't able to fix it saving me a 100$ and I can't thank them enough for that, super friendly and willing to help
