I drove well out of my way (Saginaw) to see Jason and I don’t regret it at all. The guy was super nice, really respectful, very knowledgeable, and was completely honest about my situation. He didn’t even charge me for some hardware. I would skip over many other pc repair places to see him again👍

Brought wife's iPad in for tech assist (intermittent charging issue). Ms. Christy was very pleasant and Mr. Jason checked out the device and provided provided invaluable information and some additional tips/tricks. White glove customer service and technical support. Jason was awesome, able to fix my PC that had been plaguing me with issues that multiple other PC repair shops were unable to fix but were happy to charge me for taking weeks trying.
