May 23, 2025I went to Best Buy and it was gonna require me to order the battery and be a two week process. Got referred to Compu dock, Jason ordered the battery Thursday afternoon. August 6, 2025our laptop was locked and unfortunately we could not access ANYTHING. We took it to another computer repair and they couldn't access anything said to mail it To a computer repair in calif. We elected To try CompuDoc Jason Fox was the computer guru! Long story short; Jason worked on it a couple days and was able to recover almost all our information. He was patient and informative.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON AT COMPUDOC!!!
