Jason was awesome, able to fix my PC that had been plaguing me with issues that multiple other PC repair shops were unable to fix but were happy to charge me for taking weeks trying. Jason had my computer actually fixed once and for all within 24hrs and for a better price than I had paid for zero results from other shops. Great communication, expertise, and customer service. I went to Best Buy and it was gonna require me to order the battery and be a two week process. Got referred to Compu dock, Jason ordered the battery Thursday afternoon. It came in Friday morning. After wasting $200 dollars at BestBuy only for them to tell me it was "this or that" without actually zeroing in on the primary issue of my PC, I decided to go local and was happy that I did. I'm somewhat familiar with PC's and can usually fix them myself, but this particular issue of mine had me spinning in circles. Jason was not only extremely coherent and detailed in explaining what he did, he also went above and beyond just to make sure all my other similar related issues were fixed on top of that. (Also Jason if you read this, the boot time is actually what it was before, so you also fixed this as well!) Basically to make a long story short, if you want something fixed and done the right way the FIRST TIME, bring in your PC to CompuDoc. These guys know what they're doing and they value the customer's time and money.

Absolutely would recommend to use CompuDoc! I decided to use them because they had great reviews online and I had an all in one computer giving me issues. Jason was so wonderful! He was patient with me. Answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was dumb and helped educate me on what my issues were! I will 100% use them again for my next computer need!
