Jason was amazing. He found and fixed the corrupted files and now my computer is back to beast-mode. A huge relief because we thought it may have been a hardware failure at first. Dropped in at CompuDoc with problems with my business laptop. Was greeted by Jason Fox who was able to take a look at my laptop and fix right then. He also made some very helpful recommendations for my device, which were appreciated. The fact that my problem was fixed without having to leave it was awesome.
